Bullet holes at a local midwifery in Kapisa province leave a lasting memory of the hostile threat that remains in the region during an inspection by Provincial Reconstruction Team Kapisa, Kapisa province, Afghanistan. The Kapisa PRT is a U.S. military team that engages with local leaders and contractors to plan and inspect development projects in the province.
