Coffee Strong welcomes soldiers with a free cup of coffee. There is access to the Internet, an informative library, and many referrals are available to community resources, including GI Rights counseling and Veterans Benefits. Please donate today to help this amazing place recover from this act of stupidity. Signal boost! Resources for veterans are incredibly important. Paramount. Those people need a special type of empathy, resources, understanding and community to lean on and this type of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Trying to oppose an oppressive system is one thing, but trashing a place which welcomes veterans, gives them coffee, access to the internet, reading material and a sense of community should absolutely not be tolerated. That’s removing resources from people who really freaking need them and that’s totally despicable. Edit: I’m browsing their website right now and seeing everything they offer straight out of this place and I’m absolutely incensed to have learned that someone had the fucking audacity to trash this place.
